我们不是米其林星厨,但我们荟萃粤港澳厨艺精英,连续三年承办粤港澳大湾区(肇庆)青年厨艺交流比赛。
由宽洋文化向肇庆市人民政府外事侨务局提出构想并得到支持,连续三年承办了粤港澳大湾区(肇庆)青年厨艺交流比赛。2018年的比赛规模空前,吸引了150多名粤港澳厨艺精英参赛,十多个国家的30多位青年留学生展示各国特色美食和才艺。现场观众达15万多人次,超过200多万人通过网络直播观看了整个活动。这个品牌项目已发展成为大湾区具有地区影响力的厨艺文化交流活动。

Selected case: Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Zhaoqing) Youth Cooking Exchange Competition for three consecutive years
We are not Michelin Star Chefs, but we are able to gather the culinary talents of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and have hosted the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Zhaoqing) Youth Cooking Exchange Competition for three consecutive years.
Presented by Oceanwide Communications and supported by Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau of Zhaoqing City, Oceanwide Communications has held Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Zhaoqing) Youth Cooking Exchange Competition for three consecutive years. The scale of the competition in 2018 was unprecedented, attracting more than 150 elites from the Greater Bay Area to take part, and more than 30 young overseas students from more than a dozen countries showcasing their distinctive cuisines and talents. More than two million people watched and acknowledged the event through live webcast. This brand project has developed into a culinary cultural exchange event with grand regional influence in the Greater Bay Area.
