Plan and Organize (International) Conferences
Oceanwide Communications has established a close and cooperative relationship with experts and scholars from well-known universities and academic institutions from home and abroad, including Harvard University, New York University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States, University of Manchester, London School of Economics and Political Science in the United Kingdom, Tsinghua University and Fudan University in China, etc. Academic and enterprises’ elites and experts from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other cities are hired as consultants, to provide core services such as guest invitation and reception, forum organization and planning for large-scale high-end international conferences.

由中央广播电视总台和广东省人民政府主办，广东省政府新闻办公室和珠海市人民政府承办的第二届“21世纪海上丝绸之路”中国（广东）国际传播论坛于2018年9月19日至21日在广东省珠海市举行。论坛以“新时代、新丝路、新形象”为主题，吸引了来自30多个国家的800多位嘉宾参与。宽洋文化受广东省人民政府新闻办公室的委托，承担了重要嘉宾邀请和3个平行分论坛的策划组织工作。宽洋文化邀请了包括2011年诺贝尔经济学奖获得者托马斯•萨金特教授在内的十多位重量级嘉宾出席论坛，还负责3个平行分论坛的策划、组织、主持等工作，效果显著，反响热烈，受到与会领导和来宾的高度赞扬。为表彰宽洋文化的突出贡献，广东省人民政府新闻办公室特意颁发感谢信以示鼓励。

Selected case: The 2nd "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" International Communication Forum
We are not elite scholars, but we are able to gather top experts and professors in the academic circle to provide core services for large-scale high-end international conferences.
Hosted by China Media Group and People's Government of Guangdong Province, and organized by the Information Office, People's Government of Guangdong Province, and People's Government of Zhuhai Municipality, the 2nd "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" International Communication Forum was held in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province on September 19-21, 2018. Under the theme of "New Era, New Silk Road and New Image", the forum has attracted more than 800 guests from over 30 countries. Entrusted by Information Office, People's Government of Guangdong Province, Oceanwide Communications undertook the invitation of important guests, and the planning and organization of three sub-forums. Oceanwide Communications has invited more than ten distinguished guests, including Professor Thomas J. Sargent, winner of 2011 Nobel Prize in Economics Sciences. Oceanwide Communications was also responsible for the planning, organization and hosting of three sub-forums, which achieved remarkable results and received a warm response. After the forum was successfully held, Information Office, People's Government of Guangdong Province has issued a Letter of Appreciation, giving a high praise of Oceanwide Communications’ outstanding performance.
